If i shaved my balls and now i have a pimple on my ball sack what should i do? Is it dangerous?

Treat it like any other pimple. You can get them on your scrotum.
But, it may not be a pimple. You can get folliculitis, an infection of the hair follicles, from shaving. Try a warm compress to help it drain. You could put a topical antibiotic on it as well, like neosporin.
