I am a 19 years old male n my penis has small white pimples under my foreskin and some on the penis head and when i pull the skin down its painfull and smells like i havent washed :-(
Certainly, I'd start washing under their, and see if the pimples improve.
They might be smegma, but could also be fordyce spots.
