I've had this spot for a while now...I can't exactly remember how long though. Normally it never bothers me but whenever it's rubbed a bit it creates a stinging feeling. I've tried applying lotion but it doesn't seem to go away. I also have a dry spot on the top of my penis as well....
Is this something to worry about?
I should add, the spot is a little shiny and can flake from time to time.
