I have had the flu now for 2 weeks which causing a lot of coughing when my head drains. I went to a dermatologist some years ago, and he told me to rub Vaseline or petroleum jelly all over my body after every shower. The pins/needles/burning/itching stopped for a while. It has come back some days ago which I'd my fault but petroleum jelly did the trick. It may take some time to work though.

If everything is OK with full bloodwork you could just have food allergies. Make sure you wash your clothes with no perfume detergent.

I had the same symptoms and turned out to be lymes ask your doctor to do western blot test to check for lymes I suffered for years not knowing what was causing the pain prick sensation throughout my body
