Thank you, I always thought this had to be neurological. I am going to get my pc to refer me to a neuro specialist.

Hi there, I have all the same issues as you. First they thought it may be MS but later decided fibromyalgia & degenerated spine along with vitamin D & iron deficiency. I was put on all kinds of meds but the one that seems to really take the tingling away is Neuratin or the generic brand Gabapentin. I have to take 300MG 3x a day and usually lasts about as long as its supposed to before next dose. Im 39 and have been dealing with this craziness for the last 15 yrs. Some days are better then others but you gotta push on. Good luck to ya & hope you find your days a lil less painful.

Pins and needles are signs of nerve damage/pain, this could be related to your back. I would see neurologist who may suggest a chiropractor. My chiropractor made all the difference. I have spinal stenosis so I feel this all over my thighs, arms and neck.

I developed severe pins and needles after having part of my thyroid gland removed. It was excruciating to say the least.. Every part of my body was heavy and I found it difficult to hold my arms up at all and driving the car was almost impossible as I couldn't hold my hands on the steering wheel. I had pins and needles in my mouth too. Check out your Thyroid functions, my TSH was up to 24.0 when it should have been below 4.0. Once on Thyroxine and an additional medication to target the T4 Factor my pins and needles have almost disappeared. Good Luck

I have been feeling the same way. I feel like the bugs are crawling under my skin. I feel like pins and needles stick me. It's about all the time. I am going to try the B-12. I feel so bad some times. I hate the feeling. I just need to try something.
