I have a neck mass in the parapharyngeal area about 3.2 cm.. I did 2 MRI scans with/without gadolinum(dye).

I also have bilateral swelling of the lymph glands anteriorly in the neck and underarms.

What should be my next step? Biopy???? of the neck mass??
