Hello, I had an artificial disc put in at the L5S1 in 2006 and a fusion in 2009 on levels L3L4 and L4L5. It was actually what the doctor called a 360. They had to open me up on my left side and my lower back to take out the bad discs and manipulate my spine back into place. Then stabilize the new stuff with steel rods, cages and screws. Anyway, I was wandering if the plyometrics would be a good thing? I stay active with my job, I am a mail carrier. I weigh 300 lbs and am only 5'9", but I have always worked out and was on a powerlifting team in high school where I took third place in my region and weight class. I have gained about 20 lbs since high school. I also played football until I was 22 years old and am currently 31 yrs old. Anyways I just wanted someone else to give there opinion. tell me what you think. :-D
