probably 4:30 am.

I was doing LT work for my marathon, and I ran on the track, so I could better monitor my pace. running lots of circles before 5 am...not so much reccomended.

Last summer, in the heat, I was out the door running about 450am, 5am at the latest. The runs usually started in the dark, and I would be about 1/2 mile from home when the sun just started to peek out.

Those were kind of fun runs now that I think of them in the dead of winter.

I have run at practically every time of the day/night. I've gone out for 16 miles at 12:30-2:30 AM and short runs well after 2am. If the question is what is the earliest run directly following sleep, probably 4:30 am.
