try avoiding sugar in ur diet, though u do need daily requirement of it.just try not to over do it.try to do aerobis exercises and loose weight(this will be very helpful), ask a doctor about taking metformin 500 mg. . also try to lower ur sodium intake , it will help u in lowering ur insulin resistance

hi i am a polycistic ovary, can you help me how to treat this problem, actually i am thin and i dont like more sugar.... ive got a baby who is died as hydraucepalus , i was also undergone cesarian... after two years i decided to go examination and it was polycistic ovary as the result of TRANS-V... until now we are four years from her last birth we dont have a baby... can you help me please.

Im so sorry to here that your baby DIED! :'( I too have PCOS, The great thing is I know Your bby died, but U CAN GET PREGGO and Carry the bby! GOD BLESSED you with that! :-D My Problem Is that My hubby and I have been trying off and one for a yrs or so and no luck. Its possible that I have Endo too. :'( I know how hard it must be, I feel your pain in wanting a child of your own. Ive been wanting a child for a while now.
