my testicle had swollen some time ago. It is the left one and the swelling wasn’t big at first but it grew a bit for the last two days. This is what fot me worried. The swelling is soft and it there aren’t any lumps, it looks like a fluid filled scrotum. It doesn’t hurt and it doesn’t cause any discomfort but it’s big and annoying. Any idea what it is? Should I see a doc or will this go on its own? Thx for any info or advice

Yeah, I know exactly what it is. A hydrocele. It is exactly how you described it. A fluid filled scrotum along the spermatic cord. It has nothing to do with testicle because it is out of the testicle. Hydroceles are not harmful and usually don’t cause any discomfort but if they do hurt or get so big like yours did, then a doc may decide to drain it after examination.
