I am on the pill and have been for over two years and skip my period and only get it every 4 months because I get it extremely heavily, I just had my period and took my last active pill on a friday and by tuesday I had my period. By that saturday it was gone and I took my first tablet of a new pack that morning.Later in the afternoon my boyfriend and I were having unprotected sex and he said he came inside me a little and I freaked and then he said he was only joking but I am not sure if he was or not. Could I be pregnant?? Because I know the pill have to leave your system in order for you to get your period, but have continued taking the pill everyday since I am really worried I could be please help?
I think that the chances of you being pregnant are very low. I mean, you are basically on birth control and people do not get pregnant while on BC. I also think that your boyfriend might have been joking a little. But you would know better about that.
I don’t think there is anything you should be worried about because you were taking birth control pills and it does take some time for pills to leave your system same as it takes some time for them to be effective (7-30 days). Just make sure you are taking your birth control as instructed and there should be nothing you should worry about regarding unwanted pregnancy.
