I am currently 10 days post op recovering from a coblation tonsillectomy. Recovery sucked and was pretty typical, pain wasn’t too bad the first 2 days then continuously got worse. Last night, I suffered a bleed that required me to go back to OR to get recauterized. Does this now mean that I am back at day 1 of recovery? I’m almost positive that my ent said if it did it would not be that long, but I never got a chance to speak with him after to ask again. I’m just worried that I’m going to have to go through another 10 days of hell bc of this bleed.
