You should try a penis health creme. In addition to suppressing that itch, these help with skin issues such as discoloration, rashes, dryness, chafing etc. A good one will contain both Vitamin E and shea butter, both of which are great for scars too. This might be exactly what you need. Hope this helps.

My daughter got scabies from her boyfriend. He went to S Korea for a semester in college & picked it up there. He lived in tight quarters where others had it. Well, if diagnosed incorrectly (highly likely in US), you could have scabies for a long time. The longer you have it, the more infested. We went to 4 doctors. If you tell your doctor others have it around you, high chance it's scabies. Had biopsy & saw it was the scabies mite. Ask for a biopsy. Best place is your hand. You may even see tiny tiny black dot which are visible on palms. If diagnosed early, permethrin will take it away because very few mites are on you. If you go months with it, it's high chance you will need 3 or even 4 weeks of treatment (7 days apart). Neck to toe coverage with perethrin. Don't miss a spot. If you keep applying week after week, permethrin does the job. Along with proper hygiene. If you don't wash bedding towels, clothing daily in hot water/dryer, you will keep getting reinfected. I had two outfits my daughter alternated wearing so I didn't do tuns of laundry. My daughter wasn't allowed to wear anything else. If she had to go out, it had to be an outfit new or clothing that came out of bag sealed for 7 days. I wore plastic cleaning gloves when I disinfected (fantastic or bleach water spray) her room & especially tub & bathroom. We got rid of this I feel because of two main reasons: proper hygiene/cleaning & permethrin. Nothing else works. Top doctor said permethrin does work, but it won't if you keep getting reinfested. Clean, clean, clean! It will exhaust you, but I pretty much sterilized my daughters surroundings, and it's gone. She had it for months. Along with it, you may get a burning red rash. You may need cortisone cream (this does wonders). You may get secondary infections too (blistering bumps). Cortisone cream works for this too. This happens because infection sets in if you scratch too much. Scabies is so hard to treat & diagnosis, but with proper cleaning & proper use of cream, it will work. Don't be sold on anything else. You can take oral medication, for severe infestation, but we chose to stay with permethrin. Bad side effects with oral medication scared us. My daughter gets bumps here and there, but it's no longer scabies(called post scabies syndrome). Why this happens I think her system is still sensitive & certain triggers like stress or tight clothing that rubs could cause this. I read it could happen even up to 7 months/year after scabies is long gone. Hard I know, but I hope our experience helps others. Information is scarce on scabies. More research should be done. My daughter's boyfriend still has it because I feel the one key missing, hygiene. He doesn't take cleaning like I did seriously. Just remember permethrin works, but reinfestation will occur if you don't clean clothing & surroundings properly! One last thing, if you have it, don't touch other people's skin for very long. How it really transfers. Also, my daughter took two baths daily using baking soda in water. This is very soothing to her miserable sore skin. Also, use from wal-mart hypoallergenic lotion, verathrin lotion (spelling), if your skin burned like hers did. Good luck & God bless!

It took about 9 months. I don't really know if it was my heebie geebies or physchologucal issues of this happening to my family that it took so long to cure. Did I mention the fact that all of our doctors are at University of Michigan. Like one of the best hospitals and medical systems.
In 2014 at Christmas my then 18 year old son came home from college and said to me "mom I feel like I am so itchy and have scabies". I kinda went wtf he is kidding right and replied you better hope you don't because when you were 18 months old that was one of my biggest nightmares. We then scheduled an appt at U of M. He is a swimmer and over Christmas break had a swim tournament and of course because of the chlorine I think the symptoms subsided.
Well he went to the dr at home and also through the U of M system, he was diagnosed with scabies. Before he told me this he had laid in my huge bed and we snuggled and watched movies together.
I ended up with my very own horrible horrible case of these uncontrollable bit***s. It took him 2 doses of the ivermectin to be cured, also the fact that by that time he went back to his dorm, that had been vacated for 3 weeks, he was cured.
Well my husband that mind you sleeps in the same bed as me cleaned everything up in my 4 bedroom home. He said Mom cannot go near this. She is too acceptable and also the fact that I am a cancer survivor it is way too risky. At that time I was 4 years cancer free.
I have been treated probably 5 times with ivermectin. My daughter and other son were then slightly infected treated and cured. My other daughter whom was also treated never showed signs of it.
NOW
One year later with numerous treatments for myself and going to my dr 2 months ago only for him to say your fine.
I am now completely infected again. Like WTF do I do now. I have treated myself in spots with the permethrin cream that I found in my children's room from 11 months ago, which has totally helped. After my last pcp appt when I showed him the very beginning of another outbreak and telling him I felt like I was being bitten again. He said I was fine, I said great thank you because I can't ever deal with it again. I decided not to keep spot treating because there was not enough permethrin.
NOW after 2 months I am totally infected. My poor beautiful face started with little bumps has now turned into the worst infection. It started in my back and where my breast scars were that I told him this bump has been there for 4 months and he also took a biopsy of, which turned out non cancerous. My pierced ear holes are bitten and bumpy and I haven't put earrings in at all in months. My labia has bumps. My arms, hands, and feet are so itchy at night that I am physiologically impaired. I am going back to see Dr Brinley ( which I used to adore) tomorrow. I will fill you in soon.
The worst nightmare of my life.
Did I mention if I even bring this up to my children they just say MOM you are Crazy.
My husband believe it or not has been pretty supportive as he knows from past experiences I am usually right.
