Hi all, I am on day 9 post having tonsils removed. It's been horrific and I wish I was being melodramatic. I ended up being readmitted due to pain and an infection and when there they said i also had had a small bleed.
I'm feeling ok now at day 9 but am really struggling to eat. For the last two days whenever I eat I get this stabbing tongue pain at the back on the right hand side. It's like being struck by electricity and it radiates from my tongue to my ear. I've been looking at all of the boards etc but can't find if this is normal or not. It feels like it's nerve pain but I am just worried that it's caused permanent damage and this will never go. Had anyone else experienced this?
