The slim chances are dependent on exactly where you touched her and how you performed cunnilingus. Every girl is different. Some have large lips; some small. If you touched the outside of her outer lips, provided you did not transfer any sperm orally, you should be OK. If you touched the inside of her outer lips, there is a small chance of fluid transference. Then there is the question of what she did with her semen covered hands. If she touched her genitals, there could have been semen transfer. Also it depends when it happened relative to her fertile dates, but you provide no details about that.

From what you have said there seems little chance she would get pregnant, although it is possible it happened in a fertile time as far as I can tell. Depending on the size of her clitoris, you could have touched quite near her vagina. Unless she was very wet, she is probably okay.
