I am 26 year old male who is experiencing a pre cum disorder which is effecting my erections (be it with my girlfriend or masturbation) whenever I get excited (Watching porn or foreplay), it starts leaking out and my erection goes away. I am having a hard time figuring out what to do and who to consult. It was all normal a few years ago and I was able to last longer with a boner but with this issue I have now, I can hardly maintain my erections and I am having the worst time ever in my life. My girlfriend seems to be patient and I love her a lot, I don't wanna lose her at any cost. Please suggest who should I consult regarding this matter and how to get rid of this God forsaken disorder. sorry for some reason I couldn't finish that last message but I have the same exact problem, I used to be able to do fine and have sex and keep my . I've looked up all of the diseases and there is nothing on this. It terrible and I Fenton know what to do. I do think it is a phase though because it is not an official disease. I hope me and you both can get through this. Because I also have a patient girlfriend that I love and she loves me vermy couch. And just like you I cannot lose her, for anything. A especially an issue that is because of me that I can't control. Im thinking it really is a phase, I've went to all of the professional websites and there is nothing on it. If you find anything I really hope you will post back and help me to. I haven't told the doctor because in other topics on this I've seen that doctors tell the patiens it's all mental. Thank you for sharing your condition here brother. You're right, everywhere I go, they are trying to sell the same psychological sh*t that is not even related to it. There is a thing called "Hikmah" that has it's cure but I was just wondering if the urologists actually came up with something because "Hikmah" often is a lengthy process, weeks and sometimes months.
I will share with you if I come up with a solution to this.

I'm 73 and since short courses on statins and a fibrate for cholesterol I have become impotent and reliant on vardenafil (Levitra) to get erections. As soon as precum appears, my erection is lost. It can't be psychological as usually I discover the precum AFTER the erection has started to subside.
I have had this issue all my life for 40 plus years. When I get an erection I almost immediately start leaking precum and then lose the erection,making having sex almost impossible to non existent..Masturbation is the same thing once the leakage starts the erection is lost.
Then I tried Viagra and no precum leakage until just a couple minutes before ejaculation, but it's expensive just to bust a nut.
