Quite simply sperm is produced in the testes.
Pre cum is produced in the Cowper's Glands.
Pre cum is purely a lubricant and when pure does not contain sperm
Pre cum may pick up sperm if the man has ejaculated recently and some sperm are remaining in his uthera.
So yes you can become pregnant from pre cum but only if the man has ejaculated recently and had some sperm remaining in his uthera.
If the man has not ejaculated recently there will be no sperm remaining in the uthera for the pre cum to pick up - so you will not become pregnant from pre cum.

I just had sex with my girlfriend and i had a condom off for the last 2 minutes or so. I pulled out right before I came and didn't actually come in her. Last night, i masturbated. i've peed two times since between last night and me having sex with her. should the urine have cleaned out my uretha before my precum went into her?
My boyfriend and I started to have sex the other night but did not finish because we were too scared of getting me pregnant.
I am still technically a virgin because he did not 'pop my cherry' or anything to that affect, nor did I bleed, but he was still part way inside me and unprotected before we came to our senses.
Is it possible for me to get pregnant?

Yes, you are no longer a "virgin" popping a cherry, is while referential to breaking the hymen, it is more an association with the actual process of losing ones virginity. So while no blood, no pop, or no pain occurred, you still lost your virginity since you did technically have sex, finished or not. But virginity, it's just a word, one without really much meaning in my humble opinion. Means what you want.
Now, your other question, yeah, you could end up pregnant, although I'd actually say it's more unlikely than people'd lead you to believe, since it is still a sizable chance, I'd hop on over to the pharmacy and tell'm to give you one of those day after pills. They're bound by privacy laws so no worries about your parents finding out if thats a worry.
In finality, I suggest simply this. Don't have sex until you understand fully the consequences, how and why pregnancy occurs and how you could become pregnant, STDs, (even if you think the person is 'clean' always treat them as if they're not until you have some medical confirmation, eg. use condoms! ) , etc.

So it is not the pre-cum that contains sperm in itself right? The only reason of sperm's presence is because of previous ejaculation. So if one urinates and washes off the penis will avoid the shances for the sperm to survive within penis. So how effective is that? How sure can one get if he didin't ejaculate within 24h, urinated and washed off his penis?
Today I asked the same questions below this stiky. But recieved no answeres yet.
Just wanna be sure. :-)

I have heard the same thing. My girlfriend and I have been using the pull out method the last few times. Pre-cum contains no sperm? It has nothing to do with the testicles, so it should not contain sperm.
So NTRD I have heard the same as you, but not getting a clear answer.

But still you better be careful. From previous ejaculations sperm may survive withit your penis for three days (I'm not sure it's two). So by urinating it may remove sperm cells but... who knows how mutch? One sperm cell is enough to get a girl pragment. If you'll do that again.... be adviced to be sure you have urinated enough and wash off well your penis. I wanna try that but.... not if I had very recent ejaculation. And I will do it just for a while and... in the beggining of the first week after her menstrual proccess. I heard the second week is most riskiest one for pregmancy.
But anyway.... why not use condoms? Much safer huh? Coz neither I or my beloved is ready for a child.
Well I hope you got enough information to answer your question :-)
Good luck!

I dont know where you guys get your info. but you never took Sex ed. Precum is cum. I have many friends that got their girl friends pregnant with precum.
I am 47 years old, my girlfriend is 38. Recently we had unprotected sex quite frequently (twice a day for 4 days) and she was most likely in the most fertile period of her cycle. I did not ejaculate inside her (withdrawal method) but had consecutive intercourses without urinating. I am now afraid of the risk of pregnancy due to pre cum. Both of us are STD free.
Note : I had undergone varicocoele surgery for primary infertility about 17 years ago and also taken hormone injections at that time, which resulted in my wife getting pregnant at that time. I am wondering if over a period of 17 years, my sperm quality has declined, and hopefully this recent episode will not result in a pregnancy. Any viewpoints?

Asireen,
I would go to the doctor to get your sperm tested to see how fertile you are. But even if the doctor says your sperm is not fertile. With alittle exercise and eating right who knows? There is always a chance of pregnancy. People want to believe the put out method is safe. I know I did. I used the pull out method with my ex girlfriend years ago. She got pregnant and wanted to have it. Thank God I was able to talk her out of it. I do not want kids myself. That is the last time i went without a condom. If your girlfriend is having unprotected sex with you it is because she wants to have a baby. I will say it again. She wants to have a baby. Otherwise she would be on the pill or make you wear a condom. Why not ask her what she would do if she got pregnant? Smarten up and always use a condom unless you want to have a kid. No condom equals a baby and child support.

PURPOSE: To determine if spermatozoa are present in the preejaculatory penile secretion, originating from Cowper's gland. METHODS: DESIGN: Prospective clinical and laboratory study. SETTING: Andrology and Sex Counseling Unit, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Academic Teaching Hospital. PATIENTS: Five patients referred for premature ejaculation, three for excessive fluid secreted during foreplay and four normal healthy volunteers. INTERVENTION: Glass slide smears of preejaculatory Cowper's gland secretion obtained during foreplay from at least two different occasions, and semen samples after masturbation. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Microscopic examination of air-dried smears, and routine semen analyses. RESULTS: None of the preejaculatory samples contained sperm. All the patients had sperm in routine sperm analyses. CONCLUSIONS: Preejaculatory fluid secreted at the tip of the urethra from Cowper's gland during sexual stimulation did not contain sperm and therefore cannot be responsible for pregnancies during coitus interruptus.
Well to answer your question simply no you cannot get an STD if neither of you have one by having unprotected intercourse. If you are getting really into a relationship and are thinking about unprotected intercourse I would suggest getting a blood test done for you and your partner. Then you can be certain there is nothing to worry about as far as a disease and can enjoy the intercourse much more.
Wolfman :
Thanks for your comments. I will be careful next time and you are right, my girlfriend does want a child. To update ... she did not get pregnant from our recent several acts, but I do not want to take this chance again. I am thinking of getting a vasectomy, and I have told her about it.

"the sperm mixes with the partners sperm and creates a disease..." um thats not how disease happens.
I was starting to have a little bit of hope before I heard the girl say she had a baby nine months later...lol Me and my fiancee like the feel of sex w/ out a condom, and I'm not on the pill yet, so he's only done a few thrusts before putting on a condom (yes, I know thats all it takes. ). I had one scare where I missed my period by 2 weeks, but I'm guessing that was just stress, bc it came then. But I haven't had a missed period, its not supposed to get here this time for another 2 weeks. I do have spotting, I had a slight nausea the other night, and I'm kinda moody. I have 9 siblings, so I've been through a lot of pregnancies w/ my mom, and adore kids, but I would really like to be married first and have a few yrs w/ out them. We've agreed that if I take a test and am not pregnant, no more sex until I'm on the pill. And if I am....A wedding sooner. :-P I'll be praying I'm not. Thanks for hte info you guys. :-)
