Me and my guy friend were very drunk and I do not remember any of this...I know, I'm ashamed. Anyways, he says that he stuck his penis in one time, but before that, he splashed the tip of his penis with water to wash off precum. And then he stuck it in again, but either time he said it was less than 3 seconds and didn't ejaculate in me, or come close. Then he told me about all this the next day, and we went out and got Emergency Contraception, but it seems I was already ovulating, so the ECP couldn't work...talk about UGH! Anyways, we did some more research and realized that sperm isn't in precum if he has urinated since his last ejaculation.  Could I be pregnant from precum? I was wondering if this is true. Thank you for listening to my story.

Yes, this was true about the precum and sperm and you couldn't have gotten pregnant from inserting a penis for a few times. A man needs to ejaculate inside of her to make a woman pregnant.

As for the PLAN B aka the morning pill after, it works even if you had ovulated because it prevents the fertilized egg from implanting into the uterus lining....so you know next time if something similar happens. But make sure you are using condoms, so you wouldn't be in a similar situation.

Girls who have not been examined and have intact hymen, and no penatration, can be pregnant if semen has gotten close to the entrance where it may have had a chance to enter. Precum is made in the prostate, and is made to carry sperm out when ejaculating.
It has nothing to do with the bladder except they come out the same place. Once he starts to produce seminal fluid or precum, when he urinated last has nothing to do with the proccess, it is coming from a different place. That is like saying if you pee after sex you can't get pregnant, sounds different when you think of it that way. There is usually little or no sperm in pre-cum, but there is always a chance that there are some, and it only takes one to get you pregnant. And you should think about the fact that not only did he do this while you were to drunk to know, but he should be using a condom anytime.

You absolutely can not get pregnant from pre-ejaculatory fluid. The only way this is possible is if there are leftover sperm in the urethra from previous ejaculations. Pre-ejaculatory fluid is produced in the Cowper's Glands, and Sperm is produced in the Seminal Vesicle. The two have nothing to do with each other. Urine will kill any sperm it comes into contact with, but it only takes one sperm to impregnate someone. Often, there will be leftover sperm even after urinating. After ejaculation, do not have unprotected sex again until he has urinated quite a few times.
