Mu husband and I tried getting pregnant for three years. We were not successful. Recently I had my Gallbladder removed. Dr. tells me I was sick for a very long time and it had to come out. Have not seen him yet for post op but was wondering if this is the cause of the delay in pregnancy? Has anyone had this happen?

Hi there, I haven't ever heard of gallbladder problems causing pregnancy issues but I do imagine that if you are not in the best of health that you would have trouble conceiving because you do have to generally be in good health to actually have a child. I don't think that it's a cause but maybe someone else out there knows? THanks for posting. How have you been recovering from the surgery?
