Hi. I've been trying to get pregnant for the last 10 months with no luck. I started taking natele tablets for the last three months. Recently I started getting these cramps to my lower stomach which comes and go every day and I thought it was just my periods coming but it wasn't and I'm currently a week late. I began feeling upset one night and had to use the bathroom I had diarrhea and I vomited I haven't had unprotected sex since last month and I'm wondering can I be pregnant and how soon can I take a test?

Hey I'm 19 years old, I'm five days late but I've been so regular since my first period, my period is never this late, I'm constantly feeling nauseous and having diarrhoea, I did have unprotected sex with my partner, my breast are sore and tender, I went from being energetic to wanting to sleep all day, I need to pee more often especially as I've been drinking so much water, I hardly eat anymore I've taken a pregnancy test but came out negative my mate said my hcg levels maybe to low and I should take one in the morning where it would be at its highest level and try next week, I really need some advice
Also I get stomach pains and the pain never stays in one place
