Well for the past 2 weeks i haven't been feeling like myself. Been feeling confused, cranky, lazy, sleepy cramping (like i'm getting a period) etc.
But haven't gotten my period yet, so then Last night i decided to take 2 home pregnancy tests and they both came out positive.
Could it be accurate, I'm going to see the doctor soon, But still wanna know if i could get pregnant so easily off of precum even though we've been doing it for 3 years and nothing ever happened or a pregnancy scare until now. Literally have a positive pregnancy test but for me its hard to believe cause its a low chance it can happen and never had it happen before.

Yes, you could be pregnant. As you said the pull out method is not a form of birth control.
The tests work by detecting hCG in your urine, a hormone made by the developing fetus. False positives are VERY rare.
Check with your doctor.
