OK, here's the situation.

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend last night. HOWEVER, I am completely confident that there was no ejaculatory fluid because he has anejaculation. Furthermore, my period last period started 7 days ago, so I'm not ovulating. I would take the PlanB pills just in case, but last time I did I suffered horrible side effects and it took months for my period to return to normal. So in short, I'm looking for someone to ease my mind. Does anyone know the chances of getting pregnant from pre-ejaculate alone?
There have been countless discussions on pre-cum and it's abilities to get a woman pregnant. For information regarding that, read this.
You do not state your cycle lengths in your post? If you are a regular 28-day, your day of ovulation would be day 14. This of course varies by person and the only way you could really know about your ovulation dates would be by months of tracking your cycles either by cervical examination and/or basal body temperature. But let's say you do ovulate on day 14, and let's take under consideration that sperm can in fact live in a woman's body for up to 5 days, most often only 3 though. So 14-5=9, meaning starting from cycle day 9 you are at risk.

Statistically speaking, you're chances are fairly low, but you shouldn't rely on "safe days" and from now on use protection. Personally speaking if I were you, I'd get Plan B. Regardless of what it does to your body, if you get pregnant I can assure you that's when your body truly goes into overdrive, despite how you take care of it. I really hope this helps and wish the best of luck to you, try not to stress it, that can make things worse! :)

And for the future to avoid these situations, always use protection. Carry condoms in your wallet and always be prepared!
