I am going through this now. I have pass cases with ruptured cysts. The pain unreal. I curled into a ball sweating and feeling I was going to pass out. The pain in my rectum was so severe I cried. I went to the hospital in the past to find out I had two ruptured cyst. They described the pain to be close to labor. I get this all the time and it never fails the pain last all day and I'm in bed curled up

I'm feeling the same pain/pressure for the last 3 days. I'm 17 weeks pregnant and I assumed it was constipation. I feel like I have to urgently go to the bathroom every 15 min. I called my OB yesterday and he suggested Colace which did not stop the pain. I called again today and he suggested an enema. Very little feces came out considering the pain/pressure. I know I have a fibroid and that they can grow during pregnancy. I'm not sure if that's the cause of not. I'm limited in what I can take because I'm pregnant. Any suggestions would be helpful. It's the weekend now and I'd prefer not to end up at the ER.

Im having the same symptoms right as we speak. Except sweating and nausea. Im in so much pain, feels like i have to use the restroom every 5 mins. I urinate every time I go. So much pressure in lower stomach, pelvic, rectum and lower back. Can't get comfortable, barely can walk, or sleep. Help!!!

I have the same issues. My problem is inflammation of the colon,. Also IBS. The only relief is heat, and release as much bowel as possible. Riding for a long period of time agitates this as well. Good Luck!!!

That is not always true - I have been checked for diverticulitis - it was not that. I am in severe pain in my lower intestines and my butt. It also affects my groin. I have been to my family care and the ER with no help. I was prescribed Bentyl and have tried everything from Zantac, AlkaSeltzer, Nexium, etc over the past 6 weeks with nothing helping. The pain is getting unbearable.

I have IBS but every since 5 days ago I had such severe stomach cramps I could not walk for 6 hours I finally went #2 except it was just bloody mush not really stool. I seen a doctor a few days later. He prescribed me bentyl and miralax. But every day after I've eaten lunch my lower abdomen cramps burns in pain. It radiates to my rectum and today it hurts in my pelvis are. What is this?
