Pressure and pain on rectum and lower stomach for 3 days.

Yup .. I just got nailed ., not too hard of a hit. I have used Pico Salax for a total flush .. and I will give it one more day before I go for that ,, as it is the TOTAL cleaner. It is used before a colonoscopy.... so all serfactent is also taken out of the intestines & Bowel area. Start with soup the day after you do it. No food 8 to 12 hours before you do it.( IF you do it ). Your Doctor may suggest against it. I (for now am on day 2 of regular laxatives). Also .. It came on all of a sudden .. so I am guessing "A swell" of something in the rectum area. I have been told Saw Pomello mostly rids the chance of Prostate cancer. I best go get some more of that as well.

I've had the same problem for years until I four out the problem it was a prolapse tell your doctors he will he what kind of prolapse you have it can't only be seen while straining. I hope this can help out a bit .

If the pain is that bad people, go to the emergency room! Why sit around and play on google?!? It's your life! Pain is just that......PAIN, if it's bad enough it will make you do crazy things!! Like......get help, go to the ER, don't play with your life if you value it.

Could be porphyria. I have variegate porphyria and had to be hospitalized but I was severely constipated. Anyway I hope you get some relief.

I had started getting the same symptoms 3 days ago. Today was so bad i went to the doctors. They did urine sample, blood work and i have to go for an ultrasound. I was given 2 different antibiotics as they believe its diverticulitis. I have fever today as well. I would deffenitly look into ot being diverticulitis as someone else on here has said too. The pain is unbearable, i was thinking it was a bladder infection etc.

I was told this exact thing by my doctor when I was younger and suffering severe bouts of constipation ending with severe nausea, sweats, dizziness, vomiting brown "tobacco" looking substance and screaming in agony (I was age 7-15 for these bouts) when constipation lasts long enough it WILL back up into the stomach where it is most definitely absorbed into the bloodstream. This is not fear mongering this is what medical professionals are diagnosing...

My brother had a similar problem, and it's still going on. I don't know what's wrong with him, but he doesn't even feel himself poop. One night I was sleeping in my bedroom peacefully, while my brother slept with my mom (he's seven). I heard him wake up and heard him crying out in pain. He burst open my bedroom door and just took off to a bathroom. He peed in the bathtub, while I was asking him what was wrong with him and why he didn't use the toilet instead. He didn't answer, just stuttered "I-I...". Then he leaned forward and I saw poop coming out from his bottom. I just stared at him, shocked. I was worried, and I asked him, "Why..why didn't you use the toilet? You just pooed in the tub!". I never got a reply, so I barged into my mom's bedroom. I quickly got her and she peered inside the tub. She just said "Oh my god...", and then she ordered him to poop, but my brother said, "I can't. My butt hurts. Bad. I want to go to sleep!" He was clutching his stomach, and he didn't have pants on. My mom told him he didn't wipe his bottom yet, so she took out a baby wipe and tried to wipe his bottom. He screamed loudly and said "IT HURTS!!!". The rest..I don't want to talk about..He's already had this before one time yesterday...Can anyone help me? I'm trying to get all the info I can get to help him. I think it was caused by his water bottle; it has been stored in the medicine cabinet, top open, and full of spider poop, so he cleaned it out by himself, and when he drank some water after he put some in it out of it, he said, "This water tastes like the smell of the medicine cabinet!". But he just shrugged it off after a while and kept drinking, and bringing to school. My mom is having him going to the doctor's tomorrow, so I hope he's going to be okay. Hopefully he won't go to the hospital...Can anyone tell me what's wrong, please?

I am having this problem for 2 days . I have had a total hestorectomy years ago I am in my 60's. The pressure is so bad it's is hard to stand let alone walk. I am doing #2 ok . What can I do?

This happens to me a lot. IT BURNS SO MUCH FOR A LITTLE BIT. (It happens to me when I lay on my stomachs in my sleep.) Then I go in the bathroom for like 40 minutes in pain. (also in this time I'm constipated) then when I start feeling better the pain goes away, and huge amounts of diarrhea come from my anus. It hurts so much, but it eventually goes away thank god. I think mine is different from yours though, because my doctor knows about it he says it's fine just don't lay on my back

Actually.. when this causes during sleep, believe it or not, it could be 1. Sleeping on stomachs or 2. His stomache is in the cold air too long (seriously though just turn down the fan and AC Before he runs to the toilet and make sure he wears a shirt, as well as covered by a blanket. This can actually help)
