I've had these same symptoms on and off. Mine usually end up being ovarian cysts rupturing causing inflammation all around abdominal cavity. It's tends to be painful to even sit - the pressure in the rectum feels like it's pushing your insides up. I've had multiple ruptures and the symptoms tend to be the same. Yet I still find myself doing a symptom checker because I do t understand how the 2 relate. An ultrasound will show "free flowing fluid" and drs say that irritates another organs. Very painful and a nuisance! Hope this helps!

I'm wondering if we are all having the same symptoms to some degree, and we don't have an answer maybe we should see what we all have in common with our diet ... maybe it's a trigger food. Like for example , I have speculated it could be coffee irritance . Are you all coffee drinkers. What do we have I need common besides are symptoms?

Haven't read all of the replies but I have had reoccurring ovarian cysts that cause very similar symptoms. Severe lower abdominal pain with rectal pain. I could barely sit when I would have a cyst. A lot of the pain was actually when the cyst was rupturing. When a small one ruptured it could cause a lot of pain without any complications. I recently had a large one that had to be removed along with my ovary and Fallopian tube. Abdominal and recrtal pain(pressure) were both nearly a monthly occurance for several years. Wishing you the best of luck.

I had exact same problems as all of you. Turned out to be prolapse of rectum. Surgery is absolutely the most painful thing ever went through. Pure hell. You might also have prolapse of uterine or uterus. Please get ultrasound Asap. Could be life threatening if left untreated as could cause severe problems. Good luck

It helps if you use baby wipes and desitin, or any other baby butt cream!
