Problems with foreskin in uncircumsized male

ok so i have read the entire thread and i am 19 and uncircumsized. I have always been able to see my head, the skin retracts back when Im erect, but also it is most of the time retracted when i am not erect. My penis looks much like a circumsized penis because the skin is so loose. Also my penis does not smell i guess because the liquid is soaked up by my boxers. I will sometimes grab the bottom of my penis head through my boxers, just to make sure. I have had sex with my girlfriend with out a condom many times and it acts just like a circumsized penis. I feel no pain at all. My girlfriend has given me oral and i have asked he if she feels it is a little weird to do it, but she has said my penis is about the same as a circumsized penis. I also do not ejaculate fast at all, on average it takes about 45min for me to get off the first time. I have had sex for 3 hours before. I do not understand when people say bad things about an uncircumsized penis because it is just like a circumsized one. Sometimes better :-)

What you are reporting is certainly not normal and healthy.

I wonder if your male friend has whitish colored patches where his lesions are. If so, he probably has Balanitis Xerotica Obliterans (BXO).

Circumcision is the traditional treatment for this disease of unknown origin, but there has been some success with treating BXO with topical steroid ointment.

My bf gets cuts in his foreskin when we have sex more than once a day. Then I have to wait several days for it to heal before we can do it again. I am not going to tell him what to do with his body but I feel bad that he goes thru this.

I don't understand why your boy friend is not stretching his foreskin to make it wider and more easily retractable. Lots of people are doing it and it works very well.

Here are some simple directions:

When your penis is erect, gently pull your foreskin back against the head of the penis. As the head attempts to pass through the foreskin it will stretch the skin a little. Do this every day and in a few weeks or months your foreskin will widen and you will be able to retract your foreskin. Do NOT force retraction. Do NOT cause yourself pain.

It works by tissue expansion. Stretching skin induces “mitosis” which is a word that means “division of cells”. New skin cells are formed and the skin expands but it takes some time. The increase in size is permanent. Be patient and give mitosis time to work.

The important thing is to put the skin under tension every day so that it will grow wider.

He could try using a penis health creme every day. A good creme will contain Vitamin A, E and D which will moisturize, soothe, and condition the skin for future use. It might really help him out, especially with those slits. Hope this helps.
