But now when I see how good my body response to activity a want to get more muscle mass. People from the gym have different opinions about intake of protein, carbs and fat. What can you tell me?

The basic thing you should know is how your body burns energy. If you are a slow burner then you intake ratio for protein:carb:fat should be 20:70:10, if you are moderate burner then 35:50:15, and if you are fast burner then 50:30:20.
