We all develop at different rates/times. Your voice will change soon. 5" is average for a 15 year old and almost average for an adult male. It can still grow into your early 20's.

nope, you just have to wait it out dude, it does take time for your body to settle down and puberty will go fast for some boys and slow for others so you just have to wait it out. LOL.
