There is no set time when you will finish puberty the range for starting puberty is several years so finishing is about the same.
Puberty is a process that takes years to go through and since everyone grows and develops at different rates and times when it finishes and what the end result will be is hard to predict.
It sounds like you are well into puberty and developing normally the changes you are hoping for will happen.
