I have the same problem. Puffiness located above both collarbones at neck. It is not sore. It does seem to come and go but it stays most of the time now. It's been doing this for maybe three to five years now. It doesn't hurt. There seems to be no nodes. It just appears to be like fluid in those two areas. It's soft to the touch. I am 60+ years old and in good health. Another note is that my mother had the same thing. I don't remember ever asking her about it. What can I do about it? Is it possible to be stress related?
