ahh hey you should put hot water in water bag and keep on your breast.i m a teen male model and i had musculer breast but my nipples were big so i put hot water in it and now the nipples are small.(pliz dont try this if you are under 15,it will also shrink your boobs)and i dont want hot chicks going out with tiny boobs lol.

I haven't found any permanent solution for it but what I've found is that you could use a "liquid plaster" to hide the nipples. Rub an ice on the nipples first to make them hard for like 1 min then wipe out the water and put on the liquid plaster while they're hard. This works fine temporary, like several hours and no one could find out! I've been using this method for years swimming in my school's pools. You might want to exercise your chest a little to give confidence, that's what I did.

Hi you should not need to worry u are just processing and they should go down if not by age 19 then by age 21 for sure and nothing to worry about it is just something to do with ur hormones
