I pulled the foreskin back it was a bit hard to pull and a bit sore and the head of my penis was red and a bit sore is this normal and will it get Easy to pull back and will it stop being sore

The more you pull it back the easier it will get to retract.
Being red and sore at first is normal. It's been covered and protected by your foreskin so the glans isn't used to being touched or touching anything else - yet. You'll get used to it.
