I have noticed for a while now that sometimes if I check my left armpit, there is a slight bump underneath the skin right in the middle and if I squeeze it, some type of pus-like substance comes out. sometimes it is a little hard to the touch. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Thanks
I have something like this too. It lasts forever, never goes away, if I squeeze it then it drains like a slightly off white liquid and then it turns a little bloody several times a day. I had it for a year, then it went away for some reason, and now it is back again. It doesn't really hurt, its just uncomfortable. I dont have health insurance and can't afford doc. I tried switching to organic deodorant that didn't do anything. Went to a health food store and got some supplements (like bitters) and that did nothing. It really bothers me, anyone have any idea what it is??

It seems that this could be a blister or something related to sweating or lots of friction or something. Obviously you can't go to a doctor about this as you mentioned and it doesn't seem to be an issue. Have you tried not using any antiperspirant at all for awhile? I think that could cause your issue. Try using a little talcum powder instead to see if that helps. Obviously you don't want to deal with body odor but it could be related to that. I hope this helps?

Do you have only one of these under your arm pit?
It could be a pore that has bacteria causing you the problem. You may want to try some anti-bacterial cream in the pimple.

It could also be an early sign of hidradenitis suppurativa, which is what I have. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hidradenitis_suppurativa

I have the same thing but it is not painful as it seems Hidradenitis Suppurativa is. I am going for a check up next month and willask my doctor and let you all know what she says.

Could be an infected sweat gland. Try a warm salt water compress on it a few times a day. Followed by a swab of alcohol. Try to kee your armpit cool and dry  as much as possible, try not to use deoderant. Once it heals use organic or natural deoderant.

I have a similar thing under my arnpit. the doctor told me it is hydrantis superativa and gave me some antibacterial pills. They didn't work, so he told me to go to a dermatologist if I want it removed.... I should get to that at some point
