Will me cholesterol be raised if I eat eggs? I have eggs for breakfast almost every morning. I have also cholesterol problems lately. My wife claims that the eggs are the reason. Is it possible?

I know that for most people, eating eggs doesn't raise cholesterol, but if you decide to add eggs to your diet, for a few people, eating eggs is risky. Since you can't know ahead of time if you're a cholesterol "responder," get your cholesterol checked a month or so after you add eggs to your diet. If your cholesterol numbers are up sharply, you can switch back to egg substitutes. You will do your heart a huge favor.
