I have recently turned 22 and was a normal, healthy person growing up (maybe a little overweight, maybe). About 3 days ago, I started getting this strange, intermittent, momentary spasm in what feels like my sternum area. It catches me offguard and makes me jump, lose my breath for a moment, and then it is gone in a second (causing no pain whatsoever).  Starting at the same time, my lower left ribcage area has developed this feeling as if cold water were streaming through an area therein.  Like an ice cold chill that lingers for a while, reminiscent only of drinking cold water on a hot summer day when you can feel its chill go all the way through your throat.  These can happen anywhere between every 45 mins to every 3 hours, whether I'm sitting, standing, or laying down. The startling aspect about this strange phenomenon is that my body takes note of it in a way that makes me feel as if my heart did an "empty pump", as it feels like I did not get oxygen circulation in my chest area for that moment. I looked into it and my heart seems to be okay, minus the possibility of a relatively common condition called MVP (Mitral Valve Prolapse) that might be causing this. I cannot find any conclusive descriptions or documents detailing this phenomenon, only forums a hundred pages long about people like me who feel this and can't get answers. As such, I prayerfully turn to you. If you have any information, please share. I am so scared, I can't sleep well anymore, I'm always taking my blood pressure and pulse, and now I've been having a lot of harrowing thoughts about my seemingly impending death recently. Thank you so much for any help you can render, God bless.
