I have a small raised bump on my right arm about 3 or 4 inches below the shoulder. About 1/4 to 1/2 inch diameter. Appears, last anywhere from an hour to a few hours and then goes away. Appears sometimes more than once a day and then may be gone for a week or two. Slightly itches. Been happening for a few months. Any ideas?
