I completely shaved my genital area a few days ago on the last few days of my period. I was sort of in a rush so I didn't shave in the shower, just with a razor and some water. Ever since it's been a little irriated down there and yesterday I found what seems to be a few pimples, or ingrown hairs. I get these once in a while but these were close to eachother. So I'm freaking out. They seem to be in direction of hair growth, at the hair cuticle and not in random clusters like herpes. They are white and the tips and i think they have pus in them. I've been cleaning them and I think because of this they are a little irritated. They do not burst easily. I have not had any other herpes related symptoms. Please tell me I'm just overthinking it and this is probably not herpes.

Hi, they are most likely because when you shaved you rushed and there wasn't enough water to lubricate the razor, try putting a hot cloth over them and it will help draw them out. When you shave always make sure that you use a good sharp preferably triple blade razor and either shaving foam soap or gel and wash well after. Hope this helps :-)
