Basically what the title says, plus a few more symptoms that I'll get to in a sec.

I get hives on my arms and legs easily whenever I, just to put a blanket term over it, get hot. Being in sunlight, being anywhere that's even remotely hot. It really explodes whenever I take a hot shower, or whenever I exercise. They appear easily on my arms and legs, but they appear everywhere when it's severe.

The other symptoms I'm suffering from are:

Malaise - I just don't feel right. I feel like I'm out of it.

Heat - The area at the bottom of my chest, all the way to the back and to the top of my neck feels hot all the time. I don't know if it's just me being more sensitive to heat because I'm gaining weight (natural weight gain, I'm lazy and I'm eating a lot. Only recently have I started exercising) or if it's because it's the summer-time. (Keep in mind that I live in Arizona, being in 110 degree heat you don't know what's left and what's right.) This symptom hasn't lasted long enough for me to think it's a year long thing. The hives gradually got worse from January, till now. The heat problem started around March/April when it starts to hit 90 degrees here, so it might be seasonal.

Headaches - There's only one area of my head that hurts and it's right right at the top of my neck. if you drew a line from my nose to the back of my head, that's where it hurts. This symptom isn't really new to me (I've had it for most of my life) It's just that it's happening more frequently.

Are these symptoms the result of an allergic reaction? IDK yet. I've changed my bed sheets, blanket, pillows and so far nothing's changed. The only thing new in my room is a wireless mouse and an external hard-drive.

My trial-and-error research has gone down to the following potential causes:

New shower-head - There's less water pressure, maybe I'm not cleaning myself well enough? It can't be my soap, I change it a lot.

Diet - It hasn't changed at all since Christmas, but I'm trying to eat healthy now to see if I'll get any improvement

Laundry Detergent - This is the next thing to change if exercise and a good diet doesn't help.

Room Environment - It's extremely dry in here. I've got 2 fans and air conditioning running 24/7 during the summer. There was some weird yellow stuff up and down the corner of my wall that looked like I dropped soda, but I don't remember doing so. (Even if I did, how did it get near the ceiling?) I'm leaving for California for the 4th of July for a week, so if the problems stop, I'll know it has something to do with my house.

I've always had great skin, I really took pride in it. It's frustrating to have these hives prevent me from seeing the sun, and the other symptoms make my life hell whenever I'm inside. If anybody has any advice or knows what the problem is, their help will be GREATLY appreciated.
Hi 7,

You may have a "heat allergy."  It's called "cholinergic urticaria."

It's not a real allergy as such but it gives you the same symptoms.  Check with your doctor.

Some Benadryl or equivalent may help relieve symptoms.

It might be CU, but there are other symptoms that I'm suffering from that suggest that the hives are just a result of something wrong going on inside my body. The headaches, the malaise, I've got really bad gas, and my lips have been chapped for about a month. It can't be dehydration, I've been drinking nothing but water relentlessly for the past month.

A little update that happened yesterday.

I got on an exercise bike for the first time in ages. Spent 20 minutes on it, surprisingly I didn't struggle at all. I broke out pretty bad all over my body. I took a cold shower and they went away after 30 mins. At about 1:00AM I realized that I wasn't experiencing ANY symptoms that I mentioned in the OP. No heat, no malaise, no headache. I went to sleep, and when I woke up, I felt great. I then decided to take a hot shower this morning, and to my surprise I didn't suffer from anything but a few hives here and there. I'm sitting here typing this feeling awesome. I still haven't gone outside today, mostly because it's a billion degrees outside right now. So far the symptoms have subsided MIGHTILY.
