Because I can't run because I overdid and my ankles hurt, I need some kind of cycling program. Any suggestions?
Easiest way is to cycle for the same amount of time you would have run. You may want to start with a reduced schedule becuase you will be using new muscles.

What kind of mileage were you doing when you were running?

1 running mile = 3 to 4 cycling miles, or so they say. You could just convert your runs to rides and transfer all of the intervals, long runs, tempos onto the bike.
