I had a tummy tuck 10 weeks ago and am still really uncomfortable. My stomach muscles that were sewn back together still feel like a rubber band has been stretched as far as you can stretch it, i can stand up straight but i am so aware of the tightness. Also I am still really sensitive inside and out, a lot of discomfort all through my entire belly. Even where i had my lipo is sore, burns when i roll over on my side and sore to the touch. Is all of this normal. I feel like i should be feeling really good by now. Thought i'd be back at the gym working out, but feel I might hurt something and slow down my recovery. Am i wrong here and should i be back at the gym, walking the treadmill and doing light weights? Does it speed up your recovery by working out? I would really appreciate a response, i am getting so depressed and frustrated at my recovery. Thanks Karie
