rectal pain and light green thin vaginal discharge

For a week I have had rectal pain that feels like I am bruised just inside the anus. I also have a thin, light green vaginal discharge which is causing the vaginal area to be red and raw. By morning I have had to change my underware at least twice. When I sit there is a lot of pain/pressure in the rectum.
