I am the same, always seem to have chest infection, NEVER ends, my asthma has been so bad this winter, worst in 30 years, yet a breathing specialist said, all is fine, clear lungs ect, wtf I say. But recently I heard the last of a conversation on tv, saying we should avoid a shower, its something to do with water droplets getting into our breathing and lungs, sooooo, we bought a spa and used that with no chemicals daily, and through summer, i had no cough, no chest infection. we emptied the spa for winter as it was too cold getting out of it, and now guess what, heaps of chest infections, 3rd lot of antibiotics in 7 weeks, so maybe its true, its the shower water that we breath in, sounds stupid, but maybe there is some truth.
