Im 18 and i am sexually active but dont often have sex. I have these red bumps under my penis and it doesnt itch or white or pussing. Look more like a rash. I work constuction and my boxers are always soaked in sweat an i barely noticed today. Help please ?

Without an exam it's only a guess.
You could have a heat rash, a form of contact dermatitis, or even jock itch.
Try a natural fiber boxer (cotton) if you aren't. They breathe better than synthetics and should reduce the rash.
