i am on holiday, 5 days in a have red itchy spots on tip of my penis but not shaft or anything.  I haven't had sex Here or anything.  I have used hotel shower gel and been in pools and sea.  I'm guessing it's a reaction to something or infection fungus or bacteria. Hopefully some cream will get rid of it if not I will see docs prob in 2 weeks with my doctors
