The other day I noticed for the first time I have some red spots on the end of my penis. But not just the 1. Probably about ~10 at the end of my penis (the urethral opening), exactly 3 in the middle of the head of my penis and then around ~10 on the foreskin (only visable when pulled back).
It is the first time I have ever noticed or experienced something like this. I've been browsing the net and read that it may be yeast or a bacterial problem. I've only had sex with my girlfriend and we are both clean so I'm not worried about it being a STI.
Recently I found out I had a small patch of dermatitus on my arm which had been very sore and itchy and has now healed from me applying perscribed cream called "Fucibet® Cream. Fusidic acid/betamethasone" - could I use this steroid cream on my penis or would it be too powerful?
I think maybe I could of been scratching my arm and then touched my penis or something and it's affected it? I don't know.
I do have a habbit of using a small peice of tissue after urinating to just gently wipe the tip of it to stop excess urine dripping out as it seems to require "quite some shaking" if I don't to get rid of all the urine (is this a problem also?). I'm now worried that this is too unhygenic and I should stop? Advice on this please.
My penis doesn't sting. It isn't sore. Doesn't itch. Going a pee is fine not painful or different at all. The spots seem to be extremely small maybe 1mm or even 0.5mm and a red'ish colour.
Please can you give me some advice on what to do, how to cure this and how serious it is.
