Iam a 14 year old male, i have had unprotected anal sex with another male aged 13, i have done this about 5-6 times.
About 3 months after having sex, i noticed these small red/white spots on the inside of my foreskin, they do not stick out and are tiny.
Iam extremely worried that i mite have a STD, or STI. Im fairly sure the other male does not have any STD's or STI's that he could of passed on to me.
also i cant find the courage to tell my parents or anyone, iam very worried, and would be extremely gratful if anyone could give me advice.
