Several days ago I’ve noticed some red spots on my chest and abdomen. I thought that it was just usual short-time reaction of my skin to change of body lotion that I’ve been using for some years, but now I’m not sure! Parts of my chest and abdomen are filled with multiple dots, grouped together, and I am now pretty scared! Can you give me some advice what to do? It’s not some STD, right?

It’s not STD for sure, don’t worry! :-) Your skin disease is probably Cherry angioma, and it it’s not so serious problem, after all – it will only take laser removal which is pretty fast. Cherry angioma is most common cause of red spots on skin, and it appears mostly on chest, abdomen, and even face. The dots are small, round and bright, but they could get pretty large if not treated in time. But, anyway, see your dermatologist, to be sure. Red spots could also be caused by rash, even hemorrhagic rash, so proper diagnosis is necessary.
