The cliche "it is not you, it’s me" is not well received with everyone. That is always an option. You could start making an id**t from yourself in front of her, so she would dump you. But as far as I am concerned, I hate that method and I would never use it. If you ask me, the best way is to tell her the truth. It wont be easy though.
