Im 26 yrs old , i have a history of tb when i was 17 ,then i got medicine in center for 6months i complete the process , but after that my xray result is not normal , the result was minimal plueral effusion or thickening left suspicious koch's infection, both apices suggest apicolordic view , and until now after xray result was the same , but may afb sputum 3x is negative , what can i do for that problem ?

TB leaves PERMANENT scarring of the lung tissues. Your x-rays will always appear abnormal and will show Koch's (TB) disease.
You've had the sputum tests and they are negative. You are not currently infected with TB.
The pleural effusion is likely related.
