my x ray result was
reticulonodular densities are noted in both upper lobes, more on left..
IMPRESSION
BILATERAL UPPER LOBE PTB OF UNDETERMINED ACTIVITY
and i dont ask the doctor what it means..
Hi Jhanis,
It means you have very likely have pulmonary tuberculosis. Reticulonodular means that there is is the appearance of a "net" like pattern on the lungs.
See your doctor. You WILL need treatment. Tuberculosis scarring is permanent.
Good luck.
What is the cause of PuLmonary tuberculosis??
My x-ray result also was
There are reticulonodular densities in both upper lobes
Impression
Consider PTB, upper lobes activity undetermined.
I had a history of bronchitis when I was a child. What does the "undetermined" means? Do I have a PTB? Do I need to do 6 months medication? Hope u will answer me. Thank u

It says on my mom's x-ray result that reticulonodular densities are seen in the right upper lung. What does it mean?
